Items excluded from refunds: All items marked Final Sale, Jewelry, clothing items that do not have attached tags, sanitary liners in swimsuits and panties, custom items, and furniture. Refund amount will be for the price of the item(s) MINUS the shipping costs. FINAL SALE items are also not eligible for refunds. Final sale items are issued a store credit. Any items received after the 30 day period, may be subject to a 20% restock fee.
ALL
FORMAL DRESSES MUST HAVE A RA#(Return Authorization Number) before they
can be returned. Formal Dresses are those priced at $180 and higher. Do
NOT return them to BellaBlu Maternity until you have this RA#. You will
need to email us at Customerservice@bellablumaternity.com requesting an
RA# with your Name, Address, and Phone Number. You do NOT need your
order number UNLESS THE ORDER IS FROM AAFES(military). | | Exchanges: |
Items must be
returned to BellaBlu Maternity within 14 days of delivery* in order to
exchange. Items excluded from exchanges: Jewelry, clothing items that
do not contain tags, custom items, and furniture. Exchange amount will
be for the price of the item(s). BellaBlu Maternity will pay for
shipping back(with the exception of International and APO/FPO orders) to you on exchanged items. If you exchange item(s) for a
non-like item(s)(eg. a swimsuit for a dress etc), you will be

Items must be

Store credit must be used within 180 days from the issue date. Store
credit will be issued for the price of the item(s) minus shipping costs. |
Customers are
responsible for return shipping costs on any item(s) returned for a
refund, exchange, or store credit. When your return is received, an
email will be generated informing you of your total for store credit,
refund, or that your exchange order has been processed. FINAL SALE
items include but are not limited to: custom baby bedding, certain styles of
swimwear(you can exchange for a different size), Clearance sale items,
undergarments(bras & underwear), jewelry, formal dresses/gowns, Serena
Maternity Collection, strollers, books, skin care products, and
furniture. If these above items are returned, they may be subject to 20%
restock fee from your total and issue you a store credit. ANY ITEM THAT
IS CUSTOM MADE IS CONSIDERED NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE. CUSTOM
MADE ITEMS TEND TO BE JEWLERY WITH INITIALS OR BIRTHSTONES, FURNITURE,
FURNITURE WITH HAND PAINTED NAMES, PHRASES, ETC., AND OTHER APPLICABLE
ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS WHATSOVER UNLESS THERE IS AN ERROR IN THE ORDER.
